  • Orders are received via EDI, telephone, fax and internet. EDI customers receive an electronic invoice.
  • All orders can be viewed via your own customized and secure SRMC developed web-site.
  • All payments can be posted to your SRMC web-site for payment tracking, reporting, and downloading to your accounting software.
  • The SRMC programs track all payments, price changes, discounts and deductions.
  • SRMC can also manage your customer contracts, chargeback’s, and returns.

Pharmaceutical Sample Fulfillment

Saddle River Marketing Concepts is DEA inspected as a wholesale distributor for Controlled Drug Substances and FDA inspected for Repackaging and Relabeling and fulfillment services.

  • SRMC is licensed as required in each state as a wholesale distributor for controlled and non-controlled Rx and OTC pharmaceuticals.
  • SRMC has been actively fulfilling pharmaceutical sample requests to physicians, and trade pack orders for Patient Assistance Programs since 1994.
     


Ecommerce Shopping Cart and Credit Card Processing

SRMC will build your shopping cart for consumer and/or physician direct purchasing.

  • All orders are processed through our validated custom computer system with an Oracle database.
  • There is customer email notification of all orders received and shipped.
  • The Oracle database has over 200 existing programs which are utilized to meet customer reporting requirements.
  • SRMC is a direct credit card processor with Heartland Systems (the 5th largest credit card processor). This enables our customers to significantly reduce costs by bypassing the gateway.

SRMC is registered with FDA and has been inspected by FDA for Repackaging, Relabeling, and Kitting services.

  • All repackaging and relabeling services are controlled via the SRMC Standard Operating Procedures and the SRMC INSYST computer system.

Patient Assistance Programs

SRMC has been actively fulfilling pharmaceutical sample requests to physicians, and trade pack orders for Patient Assistance Programs since 1994.

  • SRMC can manage both the qualification of patient eligibility, and the fulfillment of approved requests to the physician for dispensing to the patient.
  • Full reporting services include tracking the frequency of orders by both physicians and patients.
