  • Our telemarketing call center is completely automated and linked with our INSYST (Information System for Shipping and Telemarketing) computer System.
  • We currently operate an 18 active station Telemarketing Center with 50+ station immediate capacity. We have an Integrated Digital Telephone System with the capacity for 432 lines and 24 800#’s.
  • SRMC has managed approximately 1 million inbound and outbound phone calls since 1994.

Physician and Consumer Mailing Services

We have experience with virtually all types of Direct Mail Marketing and Direct Response Marketing projects, regardless of the size of the target audience.
  • We have experience with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, sales representatives, pharmacies, hospitals, and direct-to-consumer marketing.
  • SRMC is fully equipped to fulfill any Direct Mail project. We have extensive experience with both physician and consumer mailings.
  • Our letter shop production capabilities include addressing, sorting, collating, and inserting (including hand insertion). SRMC has high speed copiers for both black and white as well as color copying.
  • We also have capacity for polybagging, shrink-wrapping and kit assembly.

SRMC can create your broadcast fax template or send your prepared fax to your target list.

  • SRMC has been providing sales representative sample accountability services to the pharmaceutical industry since 2001.
  • The SRMC Oracle database is validated as required by FDA and PDMA.

Patient Coupon and Rebate Programs

SRMC has implemented numerous patient rebate programs designed to attract new patients and improve patient compliance by reducing patient co-payments.
  • SRMC will validate a patient’s request and reimburse the patient directly on a weekly basis.
